The company Treuleben, formerly “Treuleben & Bischof”, can look back on 100 years of its history. For this anniversary, the brand was shortened to “Treuleben” and was complemented by a reworked “T”-sign emblematizing an open book, the date 1917 symbolizing the page numbers. The dictum for the product range that was developed on the backdrop of the new corporate design stood strong: Reduction and functionality, without losing the luxurious aspect of the material and the artisanry behind it.
Statement of the jury
Apart from standing for the brand name, the letter “T” in the logo can also be seen as representing an open book. A clean and clearly designed emblem which, like the design as a whole, elegantly reflects the company’s emphasis on both quality and tradition.
