The resource-saving construction of thin, untreated steel emphasizes the claim of the staircase as a modern room sculpture and as a contemporary solution for optimal use of housing space in response to living space densification.

This ingeniously designed, and thus intriguing, sculptural staircase is a mini interior-design miracle, by virtue of its impressively compact size, as well as the fact that it doubles as a shelf.
