Description

The building is named “skywalker”, which indicates walking out into the sky. Its design creates the impression of rising from the surface of the earth. The entire building has an airplane-like triangle shape. The building consists of two floors mainly in structural steelwork. The interior building is divided into several sectors with concise lines. The internal colouring is champagne combined with a little purple to convey a low-key luxurious feeling.


Statement of the jury

This building echoes the striking form of a Chinese pavilion roof, and transforms it into a minimalist and modern design aesthetic which, thanks to its ascending lines and large window facades, creates an exceptionally dynamic impression.
