The display is integrated in the front panel and displays all the information in real time. A sterile steam supply is generated even at low temperatures by patented technologies such as the Ultra VioletSteam and MultiSteam systems. Thanks to an innovative housing design, individual components can be quickly changed. The oven can also be controlled via an app.
