Description
A cross–media design solutions recruitment campaign with a focus on recruiting patient care staff using the corporate design of the Schüchtermann-Klinik Bad – one of the biggest cardiac centres in Germany. In addition to a website that was developed especially for the campaign, out-of-home solutions like balloons, city light posters and bus advertising in Osnabrück’s transport system were also designed to reach potential employees. The colour Pantone 178 C was applied as an optical recognition factor to symbolise the colour of the heart.

Symbolically linking the colour red with the »heart« theme is arresting and has high recognition value. Relevant headlines bring home the campaign’s statements. A successful campaign that goes straight to the heart.
