Zhongnan Mansion Club House

Description

The project belongs to the »Hangzhou Zhongnan« project, which is part of the residential community. The sophisticated activity space in the clubhouse includes coffee shops, gymnasiums, yoga classrooms, libraries, tea houses and children’s learning areas. The whole building is divided into three levels, two floors above ground and one below ground. It also includes an underground courtyard and various clubhouse spaces.

Statement of the jury

Large glass facades make this contemporary interior winningly light. A visually arresting element are the large art installations extending over two floors.
