The website relaunch was seen as a chance to take a cross-departmental, user-centred perspective. Through several workshops with the individual departments, it was possible to move the entire organization into a user-centred mindset that unfolds its effects far beyond the website relaunch. The media response has been greater and the donation income has increased steadily since relaunch, as well as the visibility in search engines.

The new website of this aid organisation features a contemporary and agreeably clear design that focuses on the organisation’s mission. The user-centred approach of the design and content is clear and readily understandable from every standpoint.
