Description

The imagery of outside architectural form constantly changes according to time and weather. Depending on a viewer’s perspective, this seemingly Origami-shaped building creates a dynamic object. Also, aluminium sheets and glass reflect the surrounding landscape, which enhances the distinct appearance of the building’s surface. Producing new images every moment creates a mysterious phenomenon. An architecture that is supposedly motionless conveys an illusive movement.

Statement of the jury

With its special diamond-shaped design, the façade reflects the changing lighting moods and enables the building to blend in against the sky in a fascinating manner.
