With the LMW Leichtmetall fish rack you can now cook or grill fish for the entire family in one go without having to stand behind the stove the entire time. The fish rack cooks your fish in an upright position. Simply place the fish rack on a tray in your oven or use it on a grill. 1. Wash your fish. 2. Fill the groove with spices, herbs, lemon slices or garlic. 3. Season your fish and place it upright in the groove. 4. Place your fish on a baking tray and then put into the oven or on the grill.
