Description

The world’s first patented chef’s knife, //SKID consists of 97% wood and 3% high-alloy surgical steel. In cooperation with partners from Solingen, the steel is characterised by a high hardness level and long-lasting sharpness in the well-known high-end quality. In addition to the grain of the wood, the seamless transition between steel and wood creates a unique piece. Thanks to the tannic acid in the wood and the vacuum infiltration process with oil, the wood is protected from moisture.
