Description

Who doesn’t know them, those commercials in which highly polished ingredients fly through the picture in slow motion and disappear with a sensual »hmmm« into the mouth of a protagonist. We wanted something different. And so we chose a rather sombre topic. The selection of the perfect ingredient should resemble a sacred archaic ritual. So we created an ad based on monumental film classics like »300«, »The Lion King« and »Gladiator«, in which only the best survive as the official snack.

Statement of the jury

The original advertisement stands out through its high quality cartoon animation, good dramatic composition and not least through the distinctive voiceover from Bernd Rumpf. A good example of how entertaining good advertising can be.
