It pays tribute to the existing heritage-protected structure, provides it with a self-confident new building and combines tradition and urbanity through a bridge. The unmistakable, authentic location merges typical urban and Black Forest elements through forms, colours, materials and processing techniques into an innovative hotel for the young at heart.

Through the skilful mixture of urban lifestyle and Black Forest elements, an unmistakable design style was created, which has been implemented consistently from hotel rooms to generally accessible areas like the lobby, lounge and bar.
