Description

Redesign of the service that provides the digital dialogue between government agencies and 4 mil Norwegian users – ranging from professionals to sporadic users. Digitization of public services saved Norwegian society an estimated €1 bn last year. But research showed that many users found the interface confusing and intimidating. The new identity gives the government a friendlier face and an easier appearance, while new content and an interface more focused on user needs deliver on this promise.


Statement of the jury

The website connects the authorities with citizens in a service-oriented way, reflected beautifully in the friendly and modern design with its distinctive illustrations. The intuitive site is structured clearly and provides quick access to content.
