Bird’s Nest Radiant White

Description

The outer packaging design is presenting the renowned traditional Chinese ingredient, bird’s nest in a contemporary way. The bird’s nest is presented abstractly as the leaves in pink arraying vertically with shadows, in order to emphasise the sense of 3D structure. The background is bedding with paper-art flowers in white, corresponding the auxiliary ingredients, which also enhance the layering. The outer package is stamped with leaf-pattern to simulate the texture of nature bird nest.

Statement of the jury

The abstract depiction of a bird’s nest, consisting of pink leaves strung together against a background of white blossoms, makes the design of the packaging unmistakable and ensures clear recognition. A design that looks as fresh and modern as it does pleasantly friendly.
