Description

Chef Karato of Lumiere, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Osaka, opened his first bakery-cafe. The interior is modern, yet fits the retro and exotic cityscape of Kitahama area, with cute colors based on tiles, stucco, wood and fabrics. The bakery ovens are seen from the entrance. Staff surround the heavy duty big table placed in front of the ovens. The guests can feel the freshness of baking overflow into the shop. The face-to-face showcase and the 17-seat café are quite compact but very cozy.
