As the 1st price winner in an international competition, AS+P developed in 2018 for the MBS Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Foundation (MiSK) the 344-hectares Innovation Cluster General Master Plan in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Cluster is a fully integrated “People’s Place” focusing on all facets of sustainable urban planning in form of walkable, mixed-use neighborhoods of short distances. The centre of the Cluster is anchored by three interconnected districts with distinct architectural identity.
