Description

A Bicycle made from plastic that can transport people for many generations: The igus:bike designed by mtrl is a groundbreaking concept for an urban bicycle. igus® and mtrl created a product that features low maintenance, no grease or rust and is made from recycled and recyclable materials. mtrl as a pioneer of recyclable plastic frames and wheels designed since 2016 and produced the bike around igus® motion parts. Many new components were developed such as the bearings, crank set, gears, freewheel and pulleys. Soon other companies will be able to use those parts, available on the igus:bike platform.
