Zoko

Description

Zoko is a tool for businesses that allows customers to purchase through direct chat on WhatsApp. We revamped the dashboard to improve the customer experience. There were major usability issues on the Zoko platform, as well as a lack of design standards. We completely rethought the platform from scratch, taking into account the users' needs, based on real user stories. The product as been completely restructured to meet user needs, with a simple and clean UI.
