Description

MARKUS T stands for extremely light glasses – 100 % handmade in Germany in our very own factory. The DESIGN Neo is minimalistic and delicate. Different styles have been developed from a 1 mm thin titanium wire and with a new screwless hinge. Sturdy titanium is the base material for the fronts. TMi, the hypoallergenic plastic of the temples developed by MARKUS T, is light, flexible and sturdy. With 2,3 g, the DESIGN Neo is one of the lightest and most comfortable glasses ever.

Statement of the jury

The extremely pared-down design of the DESIGN Neo reinterprets the theme of lightness. Its delicately constructed, screw-free frame is accentuated even further by the transparency of the material. This stunning design is both formally and functionally impressive.
