Cloak Cabinet

Description

The Cloak Cabinet responds to negative connotations of flat-pack furniture design. This new idea improves user experience and perception of flat-pack furniture through materials, aesthetics, assembly and usability. Cloak replaces hard materials and traditional doors with sound-absorbing, magnetic textile “cloaks”, which draw on familiar use actions. Cloak demonstrates further innovation through modularity, intuitive assembly/ disassembly without the use of any tools, permanent fixings or glues.
