salve.care is a tool for finding nursing home places in Vorarlberg. A time-consuming and grueling process thus becomes more efficient, more digital and more uniform.
The app is used on the one hand by mobile case managers and on the other hand by nursing home staff. It was developed and tested in direct collaboration with the target groups.
Salve is team-based and replaces many provisional solutions and meetings. The application is browser-based, can be used as a mobile app and via e-mail.
