Details
Fabrik Office, located in Sendling, Munich, is a pioneer of a new generation of workplace buildings. Drawing on INDUSTRIAL 2.0, the design translates the legacy of the former Kodak factory into a contemporary architectural language. Green-glazed ceramic tiles define the lower façade, while the terrace levels convey lightness and transparency. The tenant units vary in use, from laboratories and production facilities to offices, and are complemented by generous roof terraces with panoramic views.
