O-NES Tower embodies Thai Obayashi's "Contribution to a sustainable society" philosophy with its new Bangkok HQ in vibrant Nana. Built by a single integrated team (owner, designer, builder), the project allocates 50% of its site as public green space directly linked to mass transit.
It features Thailand's first high-rise "Hybrid structure system" (steel with a concrete core) for faster, flexible construction. The Free Column design creates a 20.20m column-free layout supported by V-shaped columns that flood the lobby with natural light, earning world-class environmental certifications.
