Villa Nova — Dialog zwischen Denkmal und Nachhaltigkeit

Villa Nova combines forward-looking architecture with listed heritage. Conceived as a Passive House and plus-energy home, its ecological timber-frame construction unites design quality, energy efficiency and innovation. Together with the sensitively restored neighbouring villa dating from 1911/1912, it creates a dialogue between past and future. The QNG-based LCA reports 21.41 kg CO₂e/(m² NRF·a) and a non-renewable primary energy demand of 76.86 kWh/(m² NRF·a); both values meet the QNG PLUS thresholds. Villa Nova was named a Winner at the ICONIC AWARDS 2026.
