Inkubator in der Macherei München

The »Incubator« is the central building of the Munich urban quarter »Die Macherei«, which consists of six building blocks and for which OS A also developed the master plan. The »Incubator«, with its 15,000 sqm of space and large green terraces, is built in the shape of a donut and divided into two parts: It consists of the three-storey clinkered plinth, which comprises the ground, first and second floor. The fourth floor is placed on top of this as the base for the two-storey steel and glass corpus.
