The fischer SensorDisc is a washer with integrated sensor technology for the supervision of bolt connections to increase the safety and simultaneously decrease the maintenance effort.
All components that are needed for measuring, processing, and wireless transmission of the force acting on the Disc are integrated into the product. The electronics are designed to operate passively, so no batteries or external power connections are necessary.
For readout and management of measurement data, a common smartphone is sufficient. No additional devices or tools are necessary.
