Tawa Yama

The restaurant »Tawa Yama« opened in July 2020 in Karlsruhe. On one side the restaurant stands for an easy, culinary experience, on the other for fine dining of the highest level – a modern, Asian inspired kitchen. The most important task was to create an urban appearance, which is flexible in its use but also scalable in depth. A visual composition of an Asian feel and a minimalistic design – a stage for special dishes.
