Details
Particular attention was paid to efficiency and minimal noise during the development of the Weishaupt Aeroblock® air-to-water heat pump. The hermetically sealed refrigerant circuit, using the natural refrigerant R290 (propane), allows heat pump operation down to -22°C and a flow temperature of up to 70°C. To ensure the Aeroblock® is barely audible even at full load, the entire air duct and refrigerant circuit are acoustically insulated. The aerodynamically shaped fan, the flow-optimized aluminum fins, and the speed-controlled "Low Sound" scroll compressor also contribute to quiet operation.
