Gesseler Goldhort – Museum Syke

The highlight of the exhibition - an important Bronze Age gold treasure - is atmospherically staged in a luminous cube. The focus of the exhibition is the discovery and recovery of the treasure - the work that takes place behind the scenes. How do archeologists and scientists work and what contemporary historical insights can they glean from the find. Multimedia and interactive stations convey knowledge and research methods, which visitors can then learn hands-on in the hands-on lab.
