The NTT Pavilion expresses beauty through the fusion of digital and real. Its tent-like wire structure achieves low carbon and creates a soft, calm exterior. The wires form ruled lines draped with bit-patterned fabric outside and multicoloured, nature-inspired cloth inside, conveying emotion. Touching the wires produces string-like sounds, while subtle movements make the fabrics flutter and emit sound. Inside, visitors’ emotions are digitally analyzed and expressed as vibrations and sounds on the outer cloth. The pavilion moves like a living organism, blending people, nature, architecture, and digital—Architecture Draped in Emotion.
