The Daphne table consists of two identical pieces, which, with a geometry endowed with a curved shape, repeat to overlap symmetrically and are arranged to create a supporting structure on which a circular glass is placed. The glass allows glimpses and contemplation of the interplay of straight lines and tangent curves that shape the stone support and give character to the table.
The Jury‘s Statement
The sculptural stone base consisting of two identical geometric elements gives the "Daphne" table an exclusive object-like presence that needs its space.
