Witness a charming surprise as a lazy, puffy hippo emerges, evoking both sweetness and sorrow. Human actions have inflicted suffering on these creatures, with hippos losing habitats to drought. Grado's invite empowers YUUE design studio to creatively promote awareness. Weng Xinyu passionately sculpts an adorable, lively hippo, also functioning as inviting seating, addressing the habitat crisis.
The Jury‘s Statement
The "Hippo Pouf" surprises with the shape of a hippopotamus lying relaxed in the water. The fact that this original product, which is a cushion and footrest, is also intended to draw attention to the endangered habitat of these animals is appealing. A great design work that is emotionally touching.
