Mountainscape

Mountainscape is a furniture collection inspired by the iconic Chinese landscape painting ‘A Panorama of Rivers and Mountains’. It transforms poetic ink landscapes into tangible forms. Undulating backrests mimic layered peaks in varied fabric tones, while deep blue seats represent flowing rivers. Reminiscent of an unfolding scroll, the design blends function and contemplation, inviting users to ‘sit within the landscape’ and reflecting Eastern philosophy on the harmony between humans and nature.
