Remnant

»Remnant« soft seating is a reflection on how matter can be shaped when reduced to its minimum expression. An ethereal and gentle silhouette whose seat seems to be floating in the air. Its visual lightness and simplicity beguiles a technical triumph. Supporting the seat required a complex feat of engineering to achieve the sturdiness, stability and ergonomic comfort required: a triangulated metallic structure inspired by architectural weight-distribution techniques.
