Black Box

The Black Box: A fully automated handling, inspection and packaging system specially designed for optical plastic parts. Highly flexible and without changeover times, robotic gripper arms pick up various thick-walled lenses. In the controlled, darkened interior of the black box, the lenses are separated by laser and inspected in terms of optics and aesthetics. With the modular system, ZKW realizes unprecedented quality and efficiency standards: from Austria all over the world.
