Logistics centres face the challenge of managing complex processes efficiently, despite increasing dynamics. The autonomous AI control station for logistics centres from IGZ takes the automation of control station activities to a new level: All operational core processes of the warehouse are autonomously controlled using AI and pre-trained workflows. By integrating and GDPR-compliant evaluating external sensor data, the physical as is state is captured and reconciled with the warehouse management system. In addition, the AI and workflows are continuously adapted to seasonal requirements.

The autonomous AI control center automates core operations in logistics hubs, connecting data, processes and personnel into an intelligent system. Pre-trained AI networks independently manage key processes such as order allocation, resource planning and gate assignment. External sensors monitor the warehouse in real time and compare it with target processes, while the AI continuously adapts workflows to seasonal demands. Staff operate the system using natural language and intervene only in exceptional cases. This transforms complex operations into transparent, manageable processes and significantly enhances decision-making quality.
