For extrutec, a specialist in industrial equipment for the heat treatment of metals, a holistic spatial concept was developed at Lake Constance: the existing building (2020) and the new construction (2025) merge across 1,700 m² to create a symbiosis of old and new. Extrutec’s history comes to life in every color and every material! At the heart of the design are the open-concept project garage—a space for creativity and community—and the cafeteria, complete with a movie theater, a bar, and a garden for relaxation. For 60 employees, this represents a statement of identity, appreciation, and a forward-looking approach to work in the region.
