As the lead design partner, designfunktion has transformed Haleon’s Munich office in the “Altezza” building into a modern, employee-centric, and brand-defining work environment. The design merges Haleon’s global brand values with the local character of Munich, promoting well-being, inspiring collaboration, and reflecting authenticity. Through strategic space reduction, needs-based planning, and the refurbishment of existing furniture, a sustainable and future-oriented concept was created. Signature spaces such as the Town Hall and Social Space serve as design highlights that foster communication, creativity, and a strong sense of identity.
