For LinkedIn Munich’s office, Gensler designed a flexible, community-focused workplace inspired by ‘Millionendorf’ – a village of a million people. Organised into a series of distinct neighbourhoods, the space translates connection into a local yet distinct workplace. A vibrant café brings employees together and opens onto an outdoor terrace. Materials draw on local references such as breweries, rivers and alpine culture, while a ‘Knowledge Ribbon’ reflects learning and connection throughout.
