Located on the hotel’s top floor, Nuage Restaurant is designed as an architectural response to the sunset. Its linear layout follows the horizon, directing views toward the panorama while preserving continuity. Inspired by the colors of dusk, the interior blends warm and cool tones through textured surfaces that capture changing light. Stone, metal, timber, and upcycled materials create a durable and sustainable environment, shaping a refined space defined by light, atmosphere, and balance.
