Wangan designed Smiles as a dental clinic breaking from conventional healthcare norms. Conceived as a contemporary art gallery, every element from layout to materials, lighting to textures was crafted to engage the senses. Blending hospitality, art, and well-being, Smiles offers an immersive experience where design disarms fear, inspires trust, and instills calm, affirming art as a core conceptual pillar. Embracing a contemporary architectural language, brutalist rigor merges with sculptural aesthetics and neo-modernist sensibility, while brushed steel, frosted glass, and Ceppo di Gré meet black oak, leather, and tactile fabrics.
