The new office building of Volksbank Stuttgart in Fellbach offers modern, flexible work and consultation spaces across two floors. The ground and first floors feature open-space areas for 25 employees, as well as conference and meeting rooms. The interior design is inspired by the landscape of the Fellbach vineyards, with flooring that reflects the changing seasons and consultation rooms in red and white wine tones. A large green wall and numerous plants create a pleasant atmosphere. Sustainable materials with a focus on reuse and repair were utilized.

The redesign of the bank building in Fellbach creates a harmonious link between the work environment and nature. By using sustainable materials and an interior design that reflects the surrounding vineyards, an inviting and functional spatial concept is achieved, offering users an inspiring atmosphere.
