Birkenstock Headquarter

At the headquarters of the Birkenstock Group in Cologne, brandherm+krumrey were faced with the task of integrating modern office space into a historical harbor warehouse. Areas for office work, meetings and coworking along with a lounge, café & showroom were to be accommodated in a former customs and warehouse. The headquarters in the Rheinauhafen quarter provides over 2,000 m² of open-plan office space for creative work. Instead of open-plan offices, individual areas were created.
