Die Schwesternschule

The nursing school built over an air raid shelter in the 1970s has stood empty since 2007 and gradually degenerated into a lost place. The aim of the core renovation was to preserve the existing building as far as possible, but still generate optimal usability for the life of a family. In this way, a loft character was achieved without major static interventions on around 300 square meters. A spacious home for a family of six, in the middle of a nature reserve in the Eifel.
