Design of 12sqm of a rental office, under consideration of 4 core aspects: Personal approach: the materiality promotes well-being/cosyness, a sophisticated lighting concept creates emotionality. Multifunctional use: the room layout allows interaction and flexible media use; the perfected room acoustics ensure deep work and confidential communication. Brand communication: adapted corporate design elements through individualized furniture construction and strikingly cut acoustic baffles. Sustainable materials prioritized: 100% rPET absorber, life-cycle optimized carpet, linoleum surfaces.
