Details
MISSROSE "Les femmes mènent le monde" is a pop-up restaurant in a concrete brut building from the 60s/70s in Le Petit Sablon Brussels. Led by star chef Giovanni Bruno, the project celebrates the feminine world with a temporary and impressive design. Few materials are used in the guest room, but they are in strong colours. The result is an extraordinary environment in which rawness and sophisticated design elements are combined, offering a unique, dreamlike experience. MISSROSE is a visual and conceptual declaration of the power of feminine elegance.
The Jury‘s Statement
With its striking design, the pop-up restaurant/bar “MISS ROSE BISTRO” offers a sensual experience that celebrates the strength of feminine elegance. The use of bold colors in combination with decorative elements and textured surfaces creates an exciting contrast to the strictly linear concrete architecture of the building, which together create a special atmosphere.
