Details
Monochrome style. A new way of urban living, based on optimized practical floor plans that offer plenty of room for creativity through multifunctionality and well-thought-out zoning of space. Sustainable materials and well-thought-out furniture features are part of the interior design. Monochrome interior design gives size and reflects the new trend of Berlin, together with earth colours such as terracotta. A special feature of the CD is the lobby of the house.
The Jury‘s Statement
The interior design of the rooms appears modern and high-quality and does not miss any comfort in efficiently used space. A formal, functional and colorful coherent design that meets the demands and zeitgeist of a young Berlin audience also in terms of sustainability.
