The sushi restaurant was designed mainly with natural materials, in order to minimize the waste of resources and to create a relaxing effect with the use of solid wood. The fan-shaped counter, which was cut with a custom blade and finished smooth to the edges, and the original Japanese paper with organic patterns create an expansive feel in the 24㎡ space. The chairs made of local cypress were designed to show the grain of the wood. Enjoy the expression of the material as it changes over time.

There is a poetics to this sushi restaurant! The highly aesthetic Japanese design impressively manages to create an authentic and inviting atmosphere through the use of natural materials. Designed with great care and attention to detail, the interior design is reminiscent of private fish market places. Charming, decorative and inspiring.
