It is an urban renewal project in northern Taiwan's commercial hub, offering views of the blue riverside highway and Taiwan's century-old prosperity. Designed for high-end retirees and returning entrepreneurs, it blends unique aesthetics with practical living. Public areas feature semi-circular lines for harmony and inclusiveness. Three suites cater to different generations: a senior room with brass screens and wood decor, a spacious master bedroom with mixed materials, and a dynamic children's room. A row of sofas along the window highlights the scenic view, enhancing the space with asymmetric proportions and three-dimensional lines.

The exclusive interior concept impresses with a symbiosis of modern elegance and functionality. The use of semi-circular lines in the public areas and the clever choice of materials in the suites allow both harmony and cross-generational use.
