This townhouse was designed as an attempt to separate the older and younger generation of one family into two apartments, while still allowing them to stay in one flat and bearing in mind different needs of all the target age groups. The larger apartment was given to the young family with children, providing them with 220 sqm of indoor space and a 50 sqm terrace. On the other hand, the grandparents would be living in a very comfortable space of 145 sqm with a 35 sqm terrace, with a large jacuzzi.

The modern interior style of the project »Two Townhouses - Marina Island« looks extremely elegant and high-quality and promises a high quality of living. The concept of dividing the house into two units across generations is appealing.
